PRAISE AND THANKS - For the resumtion of prayer at the Y log lodge, and the faithful intercessors that come each week
- That we were able to pay Tiffany for her work through the summer
- That our monthly giving is up
- That we are finding new partners that long to see God's people one
- That tough as is can be, we get the privilege of trying to bring unity to the Church
- That Gary will be able to attend the Y chaplains retreat, and Tiffany the CCDA conference, both at no cost to BMOR
- That this is God's mission, he is in charge, and calling all the shots!
PLEASE PRAY
- That God would move powerfully at the above mentioned conference and retreat. That we will gain what we need to to be more effective in our work
- For our next board meeting, October 27- God's presence, God's leading, clear direction
- That God would move on the hearts of individuals, congregations, and businesses to financially support our mission; that we would grow stronger financially, able to pay all our bills and our obligations, and eventually, able to support other missions as well
- For wisdom and insight for staff and board as we move forward
- For congregations to be increasingly outwardly focused, reaching out in love to the community
- For blessings of direction, vision, and strategy for the various ministry enterprises that we are a part of, or shepherding: the Missional Leaders Group; the racial reconciliation group; the clergy leaders forum; the leadership roundtable; the Christian emphasis group of the Y; regular community leader contact; all of the on site prayer efforts
- For the YMCA and new CEO Mike Brown. There have been many changes. The vision is a good one, and change is often hard. For the Y to be the mission it is intended to be, influencing the community with the principles and person of Christ.
- Diligence in all of our spiritual battles- the breaking of the powers of darkness over our community
- For community leaders, church leaders, government leaders- that they will know Jesus, follow him, and lead as He leads
- For openness to God's leading in all aspects of our mission- a refusal to be rigid
- For our board, support team, and prayer team and their families- for protection, provision, wisdom and joy
- For BMOR to grow in influence and impact in the community, as we serve it
- Oh, and did we mention we need the finances to come in? :O)
Weekly prayer has now move back to the Log Lodge of the YMCA, every Wednesday from 7-8:30am,

We thank you that you love us more than we can know or understand. We thank you that your love built a bridge, through your death and resurrection, to our Father in heaven and our eternal home. We are bound together in our love for you.
Please help us to be bridge builders too, for the Body of Christ- the Church. Let your love and Spirit in us work to build bridges between all creeds, cultures, races, and groups. So that we will be be a clear reminder that we are all one in the family of God. We ask this in Your Holy Name. Amen
